Full 45 min Cardio Session. Fitness & Fun Music heals but when YOU and us vibrate in such a beautiful energy we can really disconnect FROM THE HECTIC WORLD and recharge with positive energy.

YOGA WITH CARA SATURDAY 9:30AM

we will learn all about being in the flow snd keeping the spine and surrounding muscles super flexible so we can enjoy our body, our lives as we were meant to

Gilly_Bow_Yoga Classes

I teach a mixture of slow flow and energetic yoga with a main focus always being on connecting the breath and bringing your awareness back to the body. My class's are an open level flow with variations given for different levels. All are so so welcome. Thursdays 7pm and Saturdays 7:30am
