I wanted to share something a little personal with you all.
Over the past few weeks, I've been on my own wellness journey, inspired by attending Dave & Steve's live events.
It all started when I met Steve and he overheard me mentioning that my cholesterol was high. When he found out my levels were 9.4, he immediately said, "Let's meet next week and have a chat."
Sometimes, all it takes is one person to encourage you to make a change!
Steve suggested I try a plant-based diet for four weeks. And here I am, four weeks later, having eaten no animal products at all... zero dairy and zero oil too!
